FAQ
1. After I make some proper modifications on settings, is it possible to save it as a profile so that I can use it directly each time?
It can be done from the ‘Save As’ by clicking setting button. After you finish the modifications, please open setting menu and finish other jobs following instructions. After the profile is created, you can delete or re-name it as you like.
2. How can I add a watermark to the output video?
Pavtube iMedia Converter for Mac provides you the adding watermark function including text watermark, image watermark and video watermark. Click the button ‘Edit’ to enter into the editing panel, and then hit the button ‘Image/Video Watermark’ to import the image or video files from your Mac as a watermark; hit the ‘Text Watermark’ button to enter the text you want as a text watermark.
3. How can I set the output file name?
Please find the column named ‘Destination File’ on file list. Double click the particular output name and then you can specify the output file name.
4. How to rip my DVD or Blu-ray disc into one file?
Load the DVD or Blu-ray disc and then click the ‘+’ option in front of the title, then you can view all the chapters. Check the boxes of the chapters you want to merge into one file, and then check the box for ‘Merge into one file’. Click ‘Convert’ to rip multiple chapters of the DVD or Blu-ray disc into one file.
6. Can I set a larger volume?
You can select the chapter or title and then click the ‘Edit’ button. Under the ‘Effect’ tab, there is an option of ‘Volume’. Drag the slider bar to a larger percentage. Click ‘OK’ to save the settings. Then the output volume will be louder.
7. How do I install and register the software?

8. I lost my register code, can you send it again?
Yes. Please email us with your related information (such as Order number, or E-mail address you used to register, etc.) so the support personnel can assist you quickly.
