DVD Creator for Mac- Burn a Playable DVD
Switch to “Burn” screen when you finished authoring DVD and feel like to burn created DVD-video onto a writable DVD (or ISO image) that will plays on standard DVD player after burning.
Burn DVD-Video to Disc
Simply check “Burn to disc” box and click the “Burn” button to burn created movie to blank DVD.
Convert DVD-Video to ISO Image
To make created DVD-video into ISO file, check “Save as ISO” box and click the “Burn” button.
What you can do with a DVD ISO Image:
- Play DVD ISO on Mac using VLC media player. Or mount ISO with a virtual DVD player.
- Burn ISO to DVD using Pavtube DVD Creator for Mac.
Generate a DVD-Video File Structure
To create a DVD file structure that includes menu, check “Generate DVD folder” and click the “Burn” button. What you can do with a DVD-Video File structure:
- Play DVD-Video with compatible DVD player or HD media player
- Burn VIDEO_TS structure to DVD using Pavtube DVD Creator for Mac.
Other Settings:
Output – The location where you’d like to save DVD ISO/DVD file structure. Press “Browse” to change the location.
Burner – Here it displays current available optical DVD writer(s). You can press the down-arrow to choose a desired DVD burner if there are 2 or more burners.
Disc Label – In a word, Disc label means DVD name, so just type in desired name in the box.
PAL/NTSC – Basically NTSC and PAL are two TV display systems that are used in different parts of the world. NTSC is used in the U.S. and Canada while PAL in Europe and parts of Asia.
Audio Channels – Stereo is recommended by default, however, when/if the video source contains multi-channel audio (Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS 5.1, PCM 5.1, TrueHD, etc), you may choose 5.1 Channels to keep surround sound effect.
D5/D9 - DVD Creator writes content to single-layer 4.7GB and dual layer 8.5GB DVDs. At the bottom of main interface you can set DVD-5(D5) or DVD-9 (D9) as target disc type.
Quality - In drop-down list of DVD Quality box there are four options to choose from: High quality, Normal quality, Low quality, and Customize.
