How to convert video from 4:3 to 16:9 for your tablet/smartphone and leave out black bars

Step 1. Load the video to Pavtube Video Converter software.

Crop out black bars and from 4:3 video and export 16:9 video

When/If the source 4:3 video contains black bars on top and bottom, it presents squared black columns around the video when playing on 16:9 device.In that case you may want to crop out the bars along the top and bottom of the video so that it take full advantage of the 16:9 display.
