“Is there a way to stream HD MKV files with AllShare to the Samsung Galaxy Tab? I've got a lot of them but I can't play them. Step 1: Free download, install and run Pavtube MKV to Galaxy Tab Converter.
Once run the program, click “Add Video” button to import your source MKV files. You are allowed to add multiple MKV files to convert at a time. And if you wanna combine the loaded files into a single file, you can tick off the checkbox “Merge into one file”.
